Senseless slaughter must stop.

In central Africa, right now, the wrinkled, trunked, flapping majesty of the elephant - those powerful movers, shapers and shakers of the savanna - are being reduced to lumpen charnel. Not in ones and twos, but in three and four hundreds. All for dead and useless ivory ornaments, vulgar trophies that speak nothing of the raw beauty of the wild world, and everything of the void in some people's hearts.
